08 — Privacy

Privacy.Short version: we keep what we need, and nothing we don't.

This page explains what information AI Boys collects when you visit aiboys.dev or work with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

01

What we collect

When you contact us, we keep what you send: your name, email address, company if you give one, and the brief itself. That is the information we need to reply and, if we go on to work together, to do the work.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers.

02

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you have asked for, to invoice for it, and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your brief to train anything.

03

Who we share it with

The providers we rely on to run the studio and this site — hosting, email, and the tools we use to deliver a project — see only what they need to provide their service. If a project requires us to share information with a third party you have not already approved, we ask first.

04

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months. Records of work we have delivered are kept for as long as we are obliged to keep business and tax records, then deleted.

05

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It may use local storage for preferences on the device you are using, such as remembering a setting; that data never leaves your browser.

06

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aiboys.dev and we will reply within a few days.

07

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions go to hello@aiboys.dev.
