Using this site

The content on aiboys.dev is ours or used with permission. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote from it with attribution. Please do not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to train models without asking.

The studio concepts shown on this site are demonstrations built by AI Boys. Client work is shown with the client's agreement; fictional or anonymised details may be used where a client prefers not to be named.

Engagements

Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the first payment is received. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built.

Payment

Invoices are due within fourteen days unless the proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Prices exclude taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables built for you — code, designs and content — with the exception of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which you receive a perpetual licence to use as part of the deliverables. Third-party components stay under their own licences.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us to scope or deliver a project is treated as confidential and used only for that project. We may describe the work in general terms as a credential unless you ask us not to; we never publish confidential material.

Liability

We deliver with care and to a professional standard, and we fix defects in our work that are reported within thirty days of delivery. Beyond that, our liability on any project is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
