01
The brief
Dispatch ran on phone calls and a spreadsheet. Nobody knew where a truck was until a driver answered, and customers found out about delays when the truck did not arrive.
02
The build
A realtime platform fed by telematics: a live map, predicted ETAs, and an exceptions queue that surfaces only the loads that need a human. Customers got a tracking page; dispatchers got a single screen.
03
The result
Calls to drivers fell to near zero in the first week. Late deliveries are now flagged before the customer notices, and the ops team runs a fleet twice the size with the same headcount.
